Resposta da VINVM
Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As a small family run business all reviews are very important to us.
We have looked into this and can see that due to multiple failed deliveries the parcel was returned back to us.
We have since been in contact with you and refunded the order in full.
Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
The VINVM Team

VINVM Saves The Day!
Receiving an email that said: 'Thank you so very much for this wonderful surprise. You are so sweet!' is what made my experience so great - We ordered this particular product: Jansz - Vintage Cuvée 2017 from Tasmania, Australia from your shop - after considering sending it all the way from Australia, after finding that not only did you stock this particular product, but delivered to mainland Europe.
Thanks for being the solution to our problem!
You made an Austrian couple very happy, because they love this particular sparkling wine. Please keep on stocking this sparkling wine!
