you guys do a great job there, i love all the records i have gotton from you all, this loretta one is the best ever have waited a long time for this to come out,wish the other 2 or 3 of hers would come out in lp, that only came out in cd, love my records,

I've been using VMP for just over a year; the products are fantastic - even with the extra charge to ship to the UK they are cheaper than most new releases; the customer service is really good - they will attempt to sort out any little issue you may have - highly recommended

The titles this month were not appealing to me.

Vinyl Me, Please is awesome! You get so much more than a vinyl with their monthly subscription. Art. Knowledge. Music. Doesn't get much better than that!

Not sure which experience but everything was smooth as usual. Everyone at VMP is helpful, professional, and cool. Whenever there is an issue it’s dealt with promptly and correctly. It’s a great gift for the vinyl lover in your life and you only get what you want. I love VMP.

High quality records. A little on the pricey side but clearly a lot of love and care put into the product. Been a subscriber for 6 years and don’t plan on going anywhere.

VMP always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied as a customer. I appreciate the detail and care they give to their records and the ease of being a member. I recommend VMP to just about anyone I know who is into records.

Most of the releases suck and aren't worth the monthly subscription cost.

I’ve been a member since 2018 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences, I’ve had to return a few albums over the years and they always replaced a damaged one very quickly and I receive my monthly subscription record very quickly every month so I’m more than happy with VMP!

Very poor customer service.
Ordered an item to be shipped to the UK.
No tracking information available for 3 weeks and now on the DHL site the tracking number appear incorrect.
Contacted them once, very unhelpful and now I contacted for a refund that I don't know if I'm going to receive.
Stay away from this company!!!

Beware of Vinyl Me Please. I gave my son a gift of a Vinyl Me Please subscription. After my son received the gift he set up an account and did enjoy picking vinyls each month. The trouble came when the subscription ended. Vinyl Me Please automatically renewed the subscription and billed his bank account, not mine which was used to purchase this gift. This caused his account to overdraw. In attempting to rectify this situation, my son tried to call VMP. There isn't a number anywhere on their site to actually speak to a real person. The most you can do is text or email. I did Google searches for a phone number and the one listed says the number is out of service. The only other number I found doesn't give you the option to speak to a real person. You have to leave your phone number/email. My son should not have been billed for this and customers should be able to contact a person! Their site does say that subscriptions are automatically renewed. Of course my son didn't see this because he received this as a gift. I did not see this until I did searches on the site. Most companies end subscriptions and the consumer has to renew. this is as it should be. It's pretty underhanded and sketchy this company has a business model such as this. I do not recommend Vinyl Me Please. We now use another vinyl company for subscriptions and will never go back to Vinyl Me Please.

Record of the month tracking never updated after initial shipping update and now DHL say the tracking number is not valid. I think the album was never shipped. They're ignoring emails. Don't think I'm gonna get my record or a refund. Beware.
