Poor customer service
I had a bad experience with this company. Ordered shoes and received fine but not very comfortable or supportive, as advertised. Promptly returned them for a refund and then waited and waited. It is impossible to contact them by phone and when emailed the standard reply is 'to be patient and expect a reply in 2-3days'. Over a month later I got a refund but not impressed. Meanwhile received a request to review the shoes on their site ! I suggest they spend more money on customer service and less on constant IG ads and marketing.

Painful sandals but refund gladly given
The sandals I bought turned out to be a painful experience for my feet but Vionic still refunded me although I was out of the 30 day returns limit as I had saved them for a holiday.
The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star review is that they didn’t provide a return bag or answered the phone when I called.

One of the best companies I’ve dealt…
One of the best companies I’ve dealt with online. Not only were the shoes absolutely top class, well made, but the return system was great. Unfortunately my right foot wasn’t great in the shoes- I was gutted. But I wore them outside for a short while - and I was able to return. Thank you. Never had that option before.

Great service.
I bought a pair of trainers which were faulty. The inner heel was hard and misshapen. This caused a large blister. I contacted customer services who were very helpful. The trainers were replaced very quickly. The trainers are comfortable and make long walks around town a pleasure.

I cannot fault the customer service
I cannot fault the customer service. There was a fault with my trainers which became apparent after three months. I contacted customer service and a very quick resolution was reached. The trainers are also the most comfortable I have ever worn.

Great footwear and great customer service
A customer with MS & walking challenges, good shoes are a must. So I loved my second pair from Vionic. However I had a problem with my recent purchase. Contacted customer services, sent some picture. Replacements came within 38 hours.
Great footwear, great customer services and I would definitely recommend.

Returns are a nightmare .
Even though Vionic shoes are very comfortable and I have several pairs .
The problem is when you order a couple to choose from and try and return .It took me 12 emails and 9 unanswered phone calls as the only option give for return is Evri drop off .And as I explained in every email we do not have a Evri drop off on the Iow .It took me to put a complaint in just to get it looks at by a human and not automated service.
Very stressful.
It is such a shame as I love the brand ,but it should not be so difficult to do a return.

Not impressed with the company
I found the boots I ordered much too large so carefully repacked and returned them. Vionic emailed confirmation they had received them but then nothing and I had to contact them to get them to refund me. Not impressed.

Good service
I ordered some City Walk trainers and they arrived within a few days, quicker than I expected. I did have an issue with my two trainers being slightly different sizes, which unfortunately I didn’t notice until I had worn them. I am still giving four stars, as Kimberley at Customer Services replied to my email about this promptly and issued me a refund with no argument. Very good customer service, thank you.

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience. I returned a pair of shoes which arrived back with the company 9 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve repeatedly called, emailed and sent a contact form in. No one ever answers the phone and I am really disappointed in the service. Please can someone answer my request for a refund ASAP.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my…
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my sister at the end of August , they weren’t suitable and were returned a few days after receiving them via Evri . ( I have proof of the return)To date I have had no correspondence or my money back from vionic despite endless phone calls that only get answered by an answering machine, emails and contacted them through instagram. The customer service is nonexistent and the hope of hearing from them is now diminishing.
For a large company with a reputation of being quality, they are letting the buying public down greatly. Their shoes are not cheap.
Leaving a review was the last resort because I’m not being listened to or acknowledged in any way shape or form.
Come on, vionic, you can do better than this!

Have been wearing vionics for a few years now, for me personally I find them very comfortable, on the odd occasion that I have had to send a pair back they are super quick with refunds.

Not perfect
The delivery was difficult to arrange conveniently: another company may well be advisable. The sandals are good and the left one is a perfect fit. However, my right foot tends to swell, and the middle strap on this sandal does not have velcro, only a short elastic part, so that it is sometimes too tight to wear.

Lovely quality shoes which came very…
Lovely quality shoes which came very quickly after order. Unfortunately, they didn't quite fit so I had to return them for a refund. The return was processed very promptly with proactive support from the customer support team and I received the refund direct to my bank account as promised. I will try again and hope for better success with sizing on my next order.
