I needed a new pair of black suede Fall/Winter pumps.
I ordered these in my normal sz. 9 and I am so happy with them. They are pretty, well made, & the fit is perfect. And they arrived very quickly, which it’s important to me! Thanks Viscata!

The shoes I ordered were lovely but too…
The shoes I ordered were lovely but too high for me. I try not to wear anything higher than 2.5 “. With the 1/2 “ platform they just made me too tall. I tried to return them on the returns site but had difficulty. I then contacted them on their support site. They were very responsive and very helpful and made everything easy.

Excellent product and customer service
Shipping was quick and trackable. The shoes are beautiful and excellently made. I had to exchange for a different size and the exchange process was super easy and fast.

The shoes are beautiful! I can tell they'll be very comfortable despite being tight, as I've read, they'll stretch out and mould to my feet fairly quickly. I'm usually a size 7, but sized down as recommended if in between sizes to a 6.5. I think they'll be perfect with almost any outfit!
