Appalling Aftersales service, no resolve reached!
We recently used this Company for 2 large wipe board overlays for our finance department. After agreeing the designs we placed the order for both. Once received we mounted the large overlays on the boards and noticed issues immediately with both boards, one board was of poor quality a mismatch of lines and disjointed lines. The second board had a spelling error and a random comma mark at the bottom of the overlay. We contacted Visco and immediately had push back from them, stating this was our error and we have approved them? completely untrue! Surely when you print large overlay boards you would check lines and any errors, not blame the fact it was sent on an excel? hence the errors. If an Excel causes these errors surely you would mention this at the time of the order?
So here is the strange thing? they refused a reprint but offered a 50% discount if we ordered again?. Why would you offer 50% off if you haven't made an error
I would seriously "err on the side of caution" when considering using this Company as your preferred printers.
Very disappointed and for the sake of replacing one overlay they have lost potential business from Synergy LMS, Aeroserve and Grosvenor ( as a group going forward).
We could have reached an easy resolve and both benefitted! As they mentioned in an email Errors happen, this is true but put them right!
