If you’re thinking of buying a car from these bunch of cowboys STOP, THINK read the reviews, STOP THINK and go spend your money elsewhere. Car developed a major oil leak one month after purchase, 7 months later, we finally got car back after a solicitors letter threatening action. Know your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, especially clause 23 where you have the right to demand a repair or replacement for free - because they don’t!! Unfortunately you can’t fix stupid, we eventually paid to get our car back as they were holding it to ransom in the end!! Avoid these crooks at all costs!!

Car wouldn't start on day 1. They won't take the car back.
I've wanted to reject the vehicle which the used car dealer was very stubborn about accepting. I'm looking to take them to court today.
Just wanted to save anyone that may be thinking of buying from them. Please don't.
I needed my car as I was moving and needed a car to take all the items to the new house. My car stopped working before that and I need to rent a car and ask my sister to drive for me - A whole lot of mess which I did not plan for, all because Vision Motors decided to not do their job.

An absolute disaster. Stay away at all costs please. Bought my first car from here a month ago, without reasinf reviews, a new MOT and WetBelt had been replaced and the car looked good. 2 weeks after having it, it had an oil leak, which resulted in their mechanic taking over a week to get the car in. Then took on a courtesy which I found out had NO TAX. after speaking to the owner he claimed this is something they do often. Mad. It then later came to my attention that the breaks are worn and unroadworthy, forcing me to get a refund and return the car. This process is still ongoing. Caused unnecessary stress and hassle, and money lost in the process. Id stay away from Vision Motors Haydock and the brand as a whole. Disasterclass.

Stuart & Rob, very nice guys and extremely easy to talk to. Went to view an Audi A3 that they had prepped and sorted ready to drive away if we wanted.
The car was as described, just handed us the keys for a test drive, agreed a deal and shook on it.
Everything was sorted as they said it would be. Very easy deal to make from genuine guys, no hassle, no problems, and a thoroughly pleasant experience.
Would definitely buy from them again

Car had issues that were promised to be fixed upon purchase date, yet they weren't. Impossible to get someone on the phone after sale. Car eventually broke down after just 5 months and the warranty they sold with it promising would jump in in that case didn't pay a penny. Absolute scam, avoid i fpossible.

Visited the garage and placed a deposit on a car which was due in. I was worried by the reviews that I wouldn't get my deposit back. A week later the car came in and I went to see it but unfortunately, due to gaps in service history and the garage unable to provide certain paperwork, inc MOT certificate. I decided to not to take the car for my own peace of mind. The salesman attitude towards me did change and I felt he went back on things which were said in our initial meet. I was told deposit would be refunded on Wednesday as they are all done in bulk. Money was returned to my bank by Tuesday.

We paid £5300.00 for a car that failed its mot and was told we could get a refund no problem. We have no money and no car DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARAGE it’s a con they have no intention of refunding you any money

Not at all impressed
Quick to take £100 deposit to 'get a car ready' waiting 5 working days to go and view it, arranged time off work. Ran an MOT check on the car and seen it had had several repeat issues, no available explanation provided when I asked about this. All of that to be contacted a few hours before my scheduled viewing and test drive appointment to say the car isnt ready and the appointment cannot go ahead. I'm now having to argue via email and text message for my deposit back! Absolutely ridiculous wouldn't recommend at all. They had all kinds of terms and conditions to leaving a deposit and conditions on returning it but as soon as it's the fault of the company it all goes quiet and suddenly it's up to 3 working days to process a refund? I wasn't told any of this at the time they took my money. Avoid.

Dealt with Rob who is a genuine lovely guy. No pushy sales talk like other dealerships. Would buy a car from here again

DONT DO IT, JUST DONT !!! Absolute joke these guys, never in my life have I come across such crooks, Highway men wore masks, these should wear Bally’s. Engage in business with this company at your peril, I wish I’d read the reviews before looking at getting a motor from them. Wouldn’t use them if they were the last car dealer on the planet. Cocky, arrogant Johnny Boys everyone one of them. No scruples, no conscience, how they sleep at night I don’t know. 👎☹️

The absolute worst car buying experience we have ever had. The car which had apparently somehow slipped through their presale checks was a disaster and then it took them three months to return our money and even then we did not get it all back.
Please save yourselves a lot of trouble, hassle and money and do not buy anything from Vision Motors.

I recently purchased a jeep wrangler jk from vision motors. All I can say is exceptional, everything form calling to arrange a viewing of the car and a test drive was brilliant, the young gentleman jack that looked after me was brilliant, he was so knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing, they let me test drive the car and as soon as I arrived back I knew it was the car for me. Ive had no issues with the vehicle nor did I have any issues with the staff. Everyone was welcoming and polite and couldn't do enough to help me. If I ever need to purchase a car I will definitely come to vision again

Please don’t buy a car from these cowboys. Absolutely not trust worthy. Waited over three weeks to take delivery of the car saying having trouble getting a head lamp for it. Funny I could have gone on line and bought one and received delivery within 24 hrs. Eventually it was delivered. My son climbed in it and the drivers side window went down but would not go back up. Noise from front gearbox mounting. They were not interested still eating for the £200 it cost me to get a gearbox mounting replaced. Obviously they don’t drive these cars and do checks on them . Please please do not buy from these cowboys. Nice to you when they want your money but they change when they have it horrible people to deal with. BE WARNED

Terrible after sales customer service. Discovered my car needed major repairs the day I drove it away. They said they would repair but kept fobbing me off and refused to refund me so had to pay to go to small claims court to sort it out. Stay away..they may be cheap but there's a reason for that!

I had a very disappointing experience with this car sales company. I was persuaded to travel around 120 miles to view a vehicle that was described by the salesperson as being in very good condition.

Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The car did not match the description at all — its overall condition was far below what I was told, and there were obvious issues that had not been mentioned. The information I was given was clearly misleading.

I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer’s time to provide inaccurate details just to get someone to show up. I wasted time, money, and effort on this trip.

I would not recommend this company and strongly advise anyone to be cautious and request clear proof (recent photos, videos, full history) before making a long journey.

A frustrating and entirely avoidable experience.

I gave my daughter money to buy a car which was described as having a 12 month mot, she got there to pick the car up it had a huge scratch on the bonnet which wasn't stated in the sales advert. They knocked 75 pounds off the price for this ,when she got the car home and parked it on the front after an hour going back out to it there was s huge leak from the radiator so I bought a sealant to fix it , she rang up and told them about this and also we had a mechanic look at the car he told us the manifold was leaking there was oil all over the engine and she was lucky it hadn't set on fire, the fuel pump also making a loud noise the brakes virtually touching metal she rang the company back as she had only had the car 5 days and requested a refund to be told she could choose another car or have the heap she bought repaired. This went on for 2 days so she drove down with a friend gave them the paperwork and key and told them to pick the car up. I spoke to the boss who said it will take 28 days to get a refund and the car would be picked up this was Tuesday. I have contacted citizens advice to be told I am entitled to a refund within 14 days , the car is still sat on my front . Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff with one of them telling my daughter to fuckoff and putting the phone down on her . I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone . I will take it further as 1075 pound is a lot of money to forget about.

I actually didn't end up buying my car from them, but I found the guys there to be helpful, polite and professional.
I had put a deposit down on a car after test driving, and had identified a few jobs that needed doing on it before we paid in full. They did a great job at keeping me updated by phone, although email responses were a bit slow.
It turned out that the cruise control couldn't cost-effectively be fixed. They agreed to refund the deposit, and true to their word, the money was back with me within 2 weeks.
I had been a bit worried after seeing the other negative reviews online after I'd already paid my deposit, but my experience wasn't like that at all.

Trust pilot should have an option of giving 0 starts for this kind of places.
Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shocking after sale customer service. Everyone is nice and helpful when you go in to buy a car but if anything goes wrong with the car after you bought it you're on your own. Also , don't bother with asking for fresh MOT or service history, it doesn't worth the paper they are printed on.

Seriously avoid this company, Greg will go to any length to take your money and keep it! They sold me a car with problems, took it back the next day to ‘fix’ it. A month later they dropped the car to me, with the same problems. After asking for a refund as I haven’t even had the car they refused and offered to fix it again at a different garage. They took the car back and after another month of waiting and being told they can’t provide me with proof of work that’s been done I asked for another refund. They refused then they told me the car was ready to be dropped off to me! I refused and said they can have their curtesy car back when I receive a refund, Greg then said “okay, let me see what I can do” he sent Jack Naylor, to my house at 7.40pm on that same day to forcibly take the car from me! And nearly clipped me with the car when he aggressively tried to drive away from me!! Absolutely shocking from this shoddy company! They have brought back the car with new damage to the bumper! Police have been informed !
