Had a lot of pre purchase queries related to sports prescription sunglasses which the staff took time to talk through and they were very helpful. Initially i ordered the wrong sizes so had to return them but need glasses and prescription clip urgently to meet a particular date. Despite various issues everything was turned round and sorted really quickly by Vision3k. Thanks for going the extra mile to help me!

I called Vision3k looking for a particular pair of sunglasses and although they was not in stock they went out of their way to order them in, I was kept up to date with the process and received them less than 48 hours of paying for them, I can not recommend this company enough, thank you so much for a fast hassle free purchase 🙂

Very quick, easy to order and a good shopping experience

Excellent delivery, I’ve had my glasses three years now and needed to update my prescription. I love these for sailing, very robust and practical. The CBCLIP1 Glazed CR39, allows me to just update the lens, because they clip into the frame. My original lens was varifocal but unfortunately they arrived as just single, I double checked (hoping I could order varifocal), but it appears I cannot, unless I’ve missed something filling the form, I would hope the website could clarify early on, if the glasses ordered could accommodate varifocal lenses.

Suzanne was exceptional and extremely helpful with my enquiry into some ski goggles. Really friendly service- 💯 recommend! Super efficient delivery - well packaged products. Thank you so much.
