Easy to buy from your website and received a very quick delivery. Box was well packed but surprised to see the seal had been broken on the Maui Jim box containing the glasses. Everything looked ok though. Glasses look great, love them, but really don’t like the glasses box Maui Jim supply with them. Bought another pair last year and safely put them in the triangular magnetic clasp box and dropped it, box just opened and glasses fell out and were scratched. I should have reported to Maui Jim’s at the time but didn’t. So will definitely be looking for an alternate glasses box (not your doing though obviously). Thank you for the quick service.

Good service purchased new glasses after loosing old ones which I had for 16 years new ones feel different but fit ok Serengeti are the best worked in Sahara desert for 25 years in oil fields wall to wall sunshine 50 degrees they were so good would not have anything else

Decidí comprar aquí mis gafas Serengeti porque tenían un buen precio, comparado con otros vendedores. Pero, al recibir el envío, tuve que pagar 28,52 euros adicionales e imprevistos (por trámites aduaneros), de los que no fui advertido. Os pregunté por email si esto era correcto y no recibí respuesta. Este gasto adicional encareció el producto en exceso. No volveré a comprar, ni recomendaré vuestra tienda a nadie.

Response to order was quick, I was kept informed of delivery process and item arrived when it was supposed to. Pictures of the sunglasses were accurate and true to colour.
