Low price good quality

There is an easy to use catalog of frames. I just had to make sure I had the right size, provided my prescription and the glasses arrived in the mail. I ordered two pairs, one long distance and the other workstation. Both are good.

Great online service

The selection and ordering of prescription glasses was very easy. The product was posted and had arrived within the specified time. The frames are good and could not fault the quality of the lenses.

Consistently a great experience

I always have a great experience with Vision Direct. These glasses were for my daughter and I made a mistake with the order but the support team helped me immediately rectify it, the new glasses look amazing and arrived way earlier than expected.

Excellent customer service

VisionDirect's customer is excellent. I had a few issues with my lenses and the went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Will definitely be returning to buy my frames and contacts from them.

Frame colour variation between website and deluvery

Purchased a pair of light blue Farragimo frames together with premium multifocal lenses. Upon arrival, the correct frames were a black/dark blue. Contacted Vision Direct, as a return customer, and sent through photos showing how dark the frames are compared to VD's website.
VD provided an additional discount to ensure that customer satisfaction was maintained.
The premium altise multifocal lenses are as good as the lenses supplied by our optomatrist, but at a much better price.
Currently have two pairs of daily use glasses and sunglasses with prescription lenses from VD.
