Purchased pack of 12x1L bottles as a subscription. Item was ordered on 19th April and it took them almost a week to dispatch it. No matter I waited for the item sent by Evri and these idiots at Evri didn't try to deliver yet posted a message that we couldn't deliver so we will retry next day. Redirected parcel to a local post office and now it says as delivered but the post office folks cannot locate the parcel. Absolutely shambolic and garbage service. Went to cancel the subscription and the company has the audacity to say oh we can prepone your delivery. When you cannot deliver the first order why should I believe that you will be able to deliver the next one? Also why is the item so cheap on your website and so costly outside in any store? A bottle of 1L coconut water varies from £3.50 to £4.80 which is absolutely ridiculous and mental. You cannot say that oh its the shop owners who put up the price. If each unit cost x then i can understand that it may take another 10% more to sell in a shop. But I cannot digest that 12 bottles cost £24 on your website and almost the double in a super market store like Sainsburys. Order id: #118563 before you post customary message that we are looking into it.

I like the coconut water very much and I have a standing order for 2 boxes deliver direct to my house every 2 months. On the day of the repeated order in April, I received email that due to out of stock my order will not be deliver and the next delivery is June! Basically my April order was cancelled due to out of stock and I won't get my delivery till June! Straight away I went online to order 2 boxes of coconut water and they were delivered to me few days later! If you are out of stock I should have my order deliver when it back in stock, I should not have to wait until June! It's clear that you have the coconut water in stock as when I ordered online it was delivered few days later! This is poor service to your loyal customers......

Must buy the most authentic, the taste is so good!

Great company to purchase from. Very speedy delivery and quick to resolve any issues you have with delivery. That being the courier not Vita Coco. Have been using this company for years and will continue to do so. Also great price when buying 12 or more cartons.

I have a vita coco coconut water monthly subscription and cannot wait for its arrival every month. I have to "hide" the box when it arrives as they disappear so quickly in our household. A cool refreshing drink any time of the day.
