I went into Vodafone in Alton and Tom was very helpful and polite and he transferred my old phone info to a new phone and recommended a good contract plan. I would recommend this store. Jane

We spoke to a nice chap in the Alton…
We spoke to a nice chap in the Alton store for a long time yesterday and he helped us with a phone upgrade, when he tried to make the order he said there was a problem on the account and someone in another office would need to fix it before the order would go through, he thought this would happen the same day. Today is the next day and it’s nearly 1pm and no one has updated us about what’s going on, so we have no idea if it’s fixed, if an order will happen or when we will get the new phone.

Fast, competitive local Vodafone service, happy days!
Sam was incredibly helpful! Sometimes, all you want is to speak to someone who knows their way around the Vodafone systems and endless online chats just doesn't cut it! I popped into the Alton store hoping someone could help me with a few queries and an urgent SIM replacement I needed. Sam did everything for me and helped sort out all the issues I have been having with my Vodafone business account. I will be going back to get all my phones upgraded as they come up, this is so much better than the online service and experience as far as I am concerned.
