Karl and Andreea have been helping to cancel my account and give me a new sim card

They have been doing a great job absolutely amazing work on my account and they have been satisfied my explanation .

The customer service representative was able to contact and help with my issue and I’m happy and gladly accept they have been following my explanation during my visit on the store.

Went into Vodafone Bedford seen a…

Went into Vodafone Bedford seen a lovely person called Heera was absolutely amazing on explaining everything about the new handset and sim plan for my upgrade.Would highly recommend to go and see him as I am a senior citizen.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone to the…

Went in to upgrade my iPhone to the latest model and Dylan was great taking me through all my options and being patient with me while I made my decision. Great customer service skills and really seemed to take an interest in my needs. Will definitely return to Dylan for any future upgrades.

Bharat in Bedford

Bharat in Bedford. He was very helpful and quick in serving us, we needed quite a few things done and they were all sorted by him in a timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly and made the whole process very smooth. Considering I was looking to move away from Vodafone. Great customer service.
