I have been with Vodafone for years simply because the service I've always received in numerous branches has always been so helpful.

Excellent in store service!
My wife and I decided to upgrade our mobile phones in the Beverley branch I have used for 20 years. Yet again this branch provided first class professional expert service in store. Angela the store manager provided a terrific customer focused delivery supplying us with 2 new Apple devices within good value contract terms alongside accurate personal friendly service within store this morning. Brilliant - what a credit Angela and her team are to Vodafone Beverley Branch. Thank you!

New phone after 6 years!
I've had the best experience at Beverly Vodafone store.James was excellent, polite and friendly but not in anyway pushy ,as some salespeople can be. Nothing was too much trouble, he was helpful and very patient,just what I needed.This is why I keep going back to them.Ten out of ten!

Great service at Vodafone in Beverley …
I visited the Vodafone shop in Beverley on Tuesday 2nd September to enquire about a new mobile phone. I was greeted by a very nice young lady called Angela Foster who was extremely polite. After letting her know what I would like she searched the the Vodafone website and managed to find the perfect mobile and sorted out an excellent package which suited my requirements. Angela was very efficient and knowledgeable and dealt with my requirements in a most efficient & professional way. She is a great asset to the company and I would not have any hesitation in recommending the Beverley Vodafone store. Thank you Angela it was a pleasure to meet and talk to you 👍😊

I have used this store every year for over 10 years now. Staff are helpful personable and know what they are doing. The manager of the store is very polite and gives the most amazing customer service. That reflects on her staff also. Will continue to use annually.

Went into Vodafone store today after EE messed me about.
Went into Vodafone today after the EE completely messed me about for 4 hours waiting for a PAC code and helpful gent inside called Daniel helped me out with in 30 minutes got my self and my mum a new phone and SIM card sorted from start to finish, brilliant. 10/10

Amazing experience
I went in-store on Monday to upgrade my phone. A staff member called James talked me through my options and helped me choose the tariff and phone that was best for me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience very stress-free for me.
