I’d be totally lost without Beverley’s…
I’d be totally lost without Beverley’s Vodafone shop. Always with smiles they sort out my annual contracts, the endless snarl ups and mistakes I’ve created on my fone, etc. Special mention for Angela who is priceless.

Customer Service I changed networks today and the staff…
I changed networks today and the staff in Beverley store went up and beyond helping me to do this in particular Daniel helped me from start to finish he provided me with all the information and setting up my new network. He was so polite and attentive explaining everything to me. Thank you Daniel for your support and making my visit to your store a memorable one. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my experience to all my friends and family.

Excellent service at the Beverley store.
Excellent service from Daniel in the Beverley store. He's very knowledgeable. My husband and myself traded in and upgraded our Phones and Daniel helped us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great customer service
Went in to buy a new phone this afternoon and was served by a lovely lad called Dan. Very polite and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All my needs were met and left with a great phone at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Go and see Conner at Vodaphone Beverley
My Sister went into The Vodaphone Shop in Beverley Yorkshire today. 9th June 2025. We were met by a young man I think his name was Connor. How helpful was he? He took the time to show my Sister her options. She is Elderly. hard of hearing and her eyesight is failing. He was so patient and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. He went online with Vodaphone to get her new one delivered, she bought it, then he was able to get her £8 off a month!! Well done Connor!, you were just brilliant!

I went into the store in Beverley feeling angry and upset about my latest bill. I talked with Angela who calmed me immediately and found me a much better plan for less money and made sure the payments I had made for extra data were cancelled going forward. I then went onto moan about my handset and she fixed me up with a new IPhone with twice the memory and for the same overall monthly payment that I previously had prior to charges for extra data. I left the shop feeling very satisfied and happy.
Going into the store is so refreshing, talking to a real person who cares and doing all the work for you - well done Angela👍👍

Only in for a transfer and came out with saving money on my phone and broadband package
We went in to sort phone photo transfer and look at a phone upgrade. Danny sorted an excellent plan for my upgrade realising I wasn’t using a lot of my last package. I also updated my broadband as he realised I was also not using some of my current package. He was able to transfer everything from phone to phone saving me more hassle. Really appreciate the great service.
