Incredible Customer Service
Wow, it's incredible to have such good customer service these days. The team at Vodafone in Bognor went above and beyond to help me with a technical issue that's been causing serious business problems for over a year (something entirely our fault and in no way their responsibility). James in the Bognor store
James in the Bognor store, has taken the time today to get my mobile back up and running, and connected to a new sim. This is after I have spent countless hours on the phone to the complaints team and visiting Worthing branch this morning first and being sent to Bognor. James is the only one who has listed to everything that has happened and managed to get my phone working within 10 minutes of being served. Vodafone you need more James’ and you need to look at and listen too the calls to your customers complaints team as they are failing massively!!!
