I made a 24 months contract of £54/m in 2022, they changed it to £77/m for 36 months.
Would you pay £77/m for an iPhone?
They claim they don't have access to our data and contract online and we have to visit thr branch.
Their own staff admitted the price is ridiculous but said they can't help.

my contract ran out and these naughty little treacles have been charging me flubbering £35 per month for t'internet and that is a mickey take. don't contact me unless you want to give me back £10 for each month you've fleeced me like a over-shorn sheep (did you see what I did there). Thank you and good bye. you owe me at least £60, you scalping bar stewards! I have ADHD and I cannot remember to hunt around for the best deal when 24 month contracts expire. ADHD is a legally recognised disability and hence you are officially taking advantage of a disabled person. slow clap. well done. don't contact me, just send £60 or just don't bother. thanks.

I was scammed at the Vodafone shop.
I was scammed at the Vodafone shop in Stratford. I bought a phone, and they gave me a tablet. The tablet was free, but they added a second number to my account. I paid £14.99 for over three years for a number I never received, activated, or used.
