Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
I gone with a complaint about battery issue for my Samsung 23 ultra. They told they can't sent it to the company back even if it is in guarantee period. And i feel very bad experience.

Hey Aravind, we can normally only return a device to the manufacturer, if the fault is the result of a manufacturers fault. If your battery issue isn't covered, we'll still be able to replace this for you, but there will be a charge for this. Customer service in store is lacking
Customer service in store is lacking. Staff do want to help but systems are archaic and they’re struggling with less than happy customers every hour. This then impacts their ability to give service with a smile. Vodafone please help your staff with better systems and processes.

Long time happy customer
Been with Vodafone for several Mobile contracts in the family and the service has always been superb. Always got signal and data service, even abroad. Staff on the phone and especially in the shops are so helpful and kind. Upgrading is super quick and easy so is switching phones. Couldn't be happier.

What a horrible provider
What a horrible provider, They were supposed to provide me broadband in June 2023, but after 7 unsuccessful appointments(4 of which are no shows) by City Fiber, I finally decided not to go with Vodafone after 10 months, then since ending they promised compensation which I am still expecting to receive because every support agent lies and promise that I will receive within next 3 days

Hi Debasis. It's disappointing to see your review. We completely understand the importance of receiving the required help and support when needed, especially when it comes to your broadband activation. This isn't the smooth experience we wanted you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone.
In regards to the Automatic Compensation Scheme for broadband and home phone services (https://vodafone.uk/autocomp), if your engineer doesn’t turn up you may be entitled to compensation, as you've rightly stated. That being said, this compensation can only be applied once the broadband has been activated and any issues resolved. If you've decided to cancel the broadband order, the automatic compensation won't be applied, as there'll be no broadband service on your bill to apply this against.
