I didn't have to wait I was served immediately. Andreea was very helpful, understanding and very patient. Made the process of purchasing easy. Very good experience.

The help I had today at my local…

The help I had today at my local Vodafone was exemplary. Everything was explained, a new plan to suit my needs was given to me. I had excellent service from Hayley.

Attila was great at serving us today…

Attila was great at serving us today sorting out my new contract. He was understanding about my worries of having a contract but living internationally and he was full of useful advice. He was patient and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Kiara was amazing!

Kiara was really helpful and knowledgeable in helping me set up my broadband, everything explained and sorted in less than 10 minutes, saved me £40 a month and I get a free tablet! thank you Kiara!

Chris and Attilla couldn't have been…

Chris and Attilla couldn't have been more helpful. Personable, knowlegeable and patient topped with a sense of humour. The only thing that let them down was your address recognition system. I was going to add to current package after 30 mins I'd had enough paid outright from of frustration. The staff outshone the software....pleasant reversal of the norm. Pleasant experience allround. Hence Vodafone customer since 1987.

Harrison went over the top to be helpful

As I work 12 hour shifts it was difficult to get into the shop but very kindly they kept a phone back for me after it had been ordered till I was able to get back in. I am not any good with technology but Harrison made it so easy for me swapping my phones over and explained everything that he was doing as he went along with the transfer.
