Met Jamie, relatively new in post, was more focused on being right, was not concerned if he was wrong as he checked with the store manager who was as equally professional. Excellent service all round.

Attended Braintree Voda phone this…
Attended Braintree Voda phone this morning with a broken phone ! I was served by Alex who was extremely knowledgeable about the products tariffs and Voda phone services . I can truly say what a credit he is to the Voda phone company . I was served quickly and left the store with a new phone and sim for my daughter much quicker than I anticipated. Alex made sure understood my contract and showed me the new features I was unfamiliar with on my new phone . What a credit he is to your company . Would highly recommended visiting this branch to anyone .

I came into the store looking for a first phone for my 10 year old daughter, having been a Vodafone customer myself for many years. Eda was really helpful and I genuinely felt that she cared about finding the best solution for me.

Late arrival.
Arrived with my daughter fairly late in the day, but nothing was too much trouble for both Mark & Jamie. We went through all the options to upgrade both our phones & are happy with our purchases.

Battery
After the battery in my very old iPhone 7 died, I went along to the vodaphone store in Braintree. I was met with Tom who couldn’t be more helpful and understanding. He knew his technical knowledge and without him I’d be without a phone. 😊
