Luke today was extremely helpful with the couple of issues I had. He was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. I have never had any problems with any members of staff at Braintree store.

Knowledgeable staff member no pushy sales gave me all the options available unless some store experiences where you get sold what they want you to buy not what’s best for you
