I had a very positive experience at a Great Experience Thanks to Sam
I had a very positive experience at Vodafone thanks to Sam. He was professional, patient, and very helpful.
He took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly. With his help, I upgraded my phone, arranged contracts for two SIM cards for myself and my daughter, and also received a GigaCube with a SIM card for home internet.
Everything was explained in a simple and friendly way, and the offer was very good. Now I have one of the best phones currently available, and I am very happy with my decision.
After a negative experience with another company before, this service really impressed me. Thank you, Sam, for your excellent help and support.

Upgrade 2.0
I had come in last week to upgrade my iPhone SE to a iPhone 15. However, I did not feel like the 128GB storage would be enough. So I came back in yesterday and Sam was extremely reassuring and patient. He was able to sort my upgrade, while providing exceptional customer service. Sam truly is the definition of 5 star customer service. I am one extremely happy customer! Thank you!

A sincere thank you to Tom and Ben
A sincere thank you to Tom and Ben! I’d visited another major phone store in Bristol city centre and been faced with a lack of knowledge, zero interest, and recommendations to just phone customer service. Vodafone was a complete contrast! I made a first visit and Ben guided me on phone and contract options. I returned again and he gave me the knowledge I needed regarding transferring a corporate number to my personal use. Third visit, Ben set us up with Tom who patiently explored different options, combinations and expectations with us to ensure we got the right answer - I think it’s amongst the most perfect support I’ve ever received. By the end of the second visit, the care and help meant I was determined I would move my contract to Vodafone and would be coming back to make it happen. Guys, brilliant! Made a difference to my spirit!
