I left the store with a brand new iPad fully set up with all my apps and details all ready to go and very happy indeed with the new contract and their most helpful advice in also reducing my overall monthly costs. Faultless service
Attended Bromley store after major internet problems at home. Spoke to Reeanna. She was helpful, polite, engaging, and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with a better internet connection than ever before and a better contract. A credit to the store.

Disgusting attitude by staff and worst customer experience
My husband and I visited Vodafone simply to upgrade a phone, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, the service we received from a sales assistant named Rihanna was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
From the start, she gave vague and unhelpful answers to our questions and repeatedly dismissed us by saying “that’s not how it works” without offering any proper explanation. Her tone was condescending, and it felt as though our genuine enquiries were an inconvenience rather than part of her role.
Her body language made the situation worse — she avoided eye contact, appeared uninterested in helping us, and showed little to no effort in engaging with us as customers. This alone made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
As we were leaving, she began speaking under her breath. When I asked whether she had just spoken back to my husband, she bluntly said “yes.” When I explained that this was rude and disrespectful, she responded with “whatever,” which was shocking and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing role.
I then spoke to the manager, who was professional and calm, but even in front of him, the sales assistant continued to respond rudely and disrespectfully, showing no accountability for her behaviour.
Vodafone has always been known for good customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. This particular interaction has seriously put me off returning, as no customer should be treated this way for simply wanting to upgrade a phone.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and it is unfortunate that one staff member was able to leave such a negative impression.
Also the service we enquired here was successfully processed at the Orpington store, so technically they rejected a service that we was eligible for at Bromley, worst ever experience at Vodafone,

Great Friendly Service
I visited the store to collect an order, but after speaking with Reanna and taking a closer look at my options, she helped me find the perfect item at a great price. Excellent service
I went in on Saturday with my family as four of us had phones on my account. We needed to our now adult children to have their own accounts. We were served by Muhbub who was so very friendly and helpful. We all now have new iPhone 16s and our own accounts. He was very professional and understanding. A great credit to Vodafone
