Based in the Beckenham area poor streaming
Based in the Beckenham area, I found the internet speed at night to be totally unacceptable such that it seems impossible to stream TV programmes between 10pm and midnight every night! I have now ceased my service but am having the devils own job trying to claim my refund through what seems to be a totally rubbish and time consuming customer interface. Absolutely bloody awful. AVOID!

I visited the store after I had no luck with online customer support. Vodafone changed my plan and the new plan didn’t meet my needs. Ranaldo was very professional and friendly, listened to my requirements and suggested a suitable plan tailored to my needs. Excellent customer service!

Rubbish customer service
Had the misfortune of thinking I could drop off my trade-in at my local store—only to be met with the most stuck-up and rude assistant I’ve ever encountered. I explained that I was there to drop off my trade-in, and she immediately replied with, “Well, you probably won’t be able to.” When I mentioned that the email I received clearly said I could, she got visibly annoyed.
She then asked, “Is it a Vodafone trade-in?” in the most patronising tone, and when I asked her what she meant, she just repeated the question with even more attitude. I’m not a Vodafone employee—I don’t know their internal procedures. I was simply following the instructions in the email.
She then snapped, “You don’t need to take that tone with me,” even though she’d been rude from the moment I walked in. At that point, I stormed out. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

My WhatsApp account was hacked
My WhatsApp account was hacked , I went to Vodafone outlet in Bromley Glades for help . There we were fortunate to see FARYAL who knew exactly how to solve my problem. She was very kind and polite , went above and beyond to help me with swapping the SIM card as well helped with setting up my WhatsApp account.
