My overall experience at the shop in Bury was with Zulfi, who was extremely explanatory with regards to my purchase of a new iPhone. The whole procedure was painless and I appreciate his explanations.

Very pleased with my service today, highly recommended, the gentleman Jacob, was more than superseded my expectations and albeit I left the shop in need of a lie down but he explained everything succinctly and very pleased

Jacob was great, he got the new line we wanted and the wife spent more than I was expecting as usual, but Jacob sorted all that out for us, would definitely come back here. Great customer service and hilarious 😂
