Went in for an upgrade and Chrissy was absolutely amazing right from the start! She’s already sorted a previous issue I had with my broadband for over a week and she sorted it in 10 minutes!! Was super helpful and got me an amazing deal (which made my 6 year old incredibly happy) as he got a new tablet included in my upgrade! Can’t thank her enough for all her help! Wrote down a breakdown of costs and dealt with everything would highly recommend Chrissy! She went above and beyond for me today!

Me and vicky walked into Vodafone shop…
Me and vicky walked into Vodafone shop in bury to be met by a smiling girl ...can I help you ..so she sat us both down and said how can I help you which I replied a upgrade please ..and that's when chrissy went into action that girl certainly knows her stuff anyway she ask us what phone ect wow she was amazing me and vicky just looked at each other speechless straight away she got us 2 phones cheaper than our last phones which was a big bonus easy to talk to nothing was too much trouble the biggest thing what chrissy did was to keep my wife's sons photos videos of him he passed away in 2020 so the photos ect were very sentimental ..I looked at my wife and her anxiety was through the roof but chrissy promised vicky I will definitely get your photos and videos I had every faith in her that girl is a genius with technology anyway vicky was reassured.
The thing with chrissy was that we were like dinosaurs not really knowing anything about phones ..but we felt so relaxed about everything she also got us free earphones discount off i can't talk highly of chrissy so anyone who is calling into Vodafone in bury please please ask for chrissy and sit back and reap the rewards absolutely brilliant thank you again chrissy for helping us with our phones see you soon cocker .

10 star Jake
The service here is absolutely 2nd to none! Jake could not have been more helpful in giving me all the info I needed to select the correct contract and mobile for my son's first phone. I entered the shop expecting to go with EE because I am them but left absolutely gutted that I am not with Vodafone. I can't wait for my contract with EE to end now! If you get served by Jake, you're in for a treat. There should be a 10 star option for this type of service.
