We was on holiday in Carlisle and I was having trouble with my phone so we called into Vodafone. Dan the assistant was brilliant so helpful polite and friendly. He sorted me out with a new phone and contract. He also sorted out my husband's contact to. Over the last few days I have tried to…
Over the last few days I have tried to upgrade my phone, with support agents online and over the phone however I was left frustrated and upset when they messed me around.
I went into the shop in Carlisle today and Olivia (Liv) handled it amazingly, she is an amazing worker and always happy to help, 10/10 service, I’ll be sticking to Vodafone purely for her expert help and my great experience in store!

Dan, the in-store specialist, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my many questions about the service.
