Another very successful visit to the Carlisle Vodaphone branch. Liv spent time exploring all the options for the upgrade of one of the phones on my contract today. I appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to work out the cheapest and best deal for me whilst ensuring I understood all the implications. I have always felt reassured whenever I have had a query at the Carlisle branch - all staff have been a great help and to meet Liv today and receive the same top quality service was brilliant. Dealt with Jade ( Carlisle store )in the up-grade of my mobile phone which used to be a stressful time but this was far from my experience on this occasion. Jade made everything a pleasure from start to finish, answered any query I had to my satisfaction and explained how to overcome particular problems. Jade was professional, thorough and a delight to deal. Knows her " stuff " !!

Great service as always
I called in as it was time for an upgrade and spoke to Jade who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Various options and offers which they currently had were explained to me in detail.
With the help of Jade I choose a new handset and am now good to go. The whole process was seamless.
