25 minutes well spent in store today

25 minutes well spent in store today. Azad helped me renew both my mobile and broadband contracts. Explained it all very well and saved me a good few pounds per month for the next contracts. Great to be able to do it in person as well and not over the phone or online.

I came into the Cheltenham store today…

I came into the Cheltenham store today to do an upgrade, I was served by a lovely man called Luther, he was very helpful & friendly so I left the store a happy lady, I definitely recommend Luther.

Lydia at Vodafone Cheltenham was excellent at showing me potential options for my upgrade. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt I could trust she was getting me the best deal and phone for my needs. She took the stress out of buying a phone, gave me advice and tips on future planning and talked me through the features of the new phone. I’m grateful for her assistance today and would recommend visiting a shop where the assistance is incredibly helpful!

Arun sorted out a new contract phone for myself and a new and better SIM card contract for my wife. No fuss, no hard sale jargon. Very professional but also very friendly. Very pleased with the result.
