Staff member Ryan from Chester
Myself and my sister wanted a basic mobile phone for our elderly friend as we could not get hold of her at times due to an old land line that wasn't reliable, she was worried that due.to her not being able to utilise modern mobile phones and needed it to be very basic.
We attended your branch in Chester and a memner of staff Ryan went above and beyond in assisting her.He was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly making the overall experience easy for her to understand. What a pleasant young man he is, explaining to her for her to be able to sign a contract knowing exactly what it consisted of. A credit to Vodafone

They are incompetent company
They are incompetent company that no one should be with this company. I was approached in my local curry’s store by a vidaohobe rep asking me to change to them for my broadband, I was in a hurry with 1 million things on my mind , she rushed through her preprepaired sells pitch and I agreed to swap to them from sky this women didn’t answer my concerns or questions , she cud see I was over 60 not a text and I felt intimidated by her, I sgreed so I took it, she never explained that she was going to change my landline as well, broadband transfer took 3 weeks MY LANDLINE STILL NOT CONNECTED 7 weeks later
I am fuming I have spent at least 3 hours a day to get through to someone who can help me and understand my situation
Now I can’t use my landline and I’m getting billed by Vodafone sir services I don’t have
CIN merchants
RIP off
They prey on vulnerable people and never achieve the needs of a customer

We went to Vodaphone/Three in Chester. We were served by Melissa. She sorted out three phone contracts and a tablet contract. She was very patient, polite and thorough.

I dropped my phone into a lake on…
I dropped my phone into a lake on holiday and was quite stressed at the time. Visited Vodaphone shop in Chester and assisted by Steve who was the saviour. Got a new phone and Steve explained everything in detail about how to go about recovering my I cloud account. This worked just as he said it would and all my information was transferred over. I called into the Chester store just browsing. I was greeted by Taniya. She was bright, bubbly, and knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with. I walked with a new phone. I would recommend this store, the service was excellent.

I had such a fantastic experience…
I had such a fantastic experience upgrading my phone today, and it’s all thanks to Taniya! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the whole upgrade process so easy and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I got the best option for me.
What really made the experience stand out was how personable she was. We ended up having such a great chat about concerts, travelling, and even laughed about how she says she’s terrible at swimming! It felt like catching up with a friend rather than just completing a phone upgrade.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by. Taniya is a real credit to Vodafone, and I genuinely left the store with a smile on my face. Thank you for making what could have been a routine visit such an enjoyable experience. I hope Taniya gets the recognition she deserves!
