Steven at the Chester store was amazing…
Steven at the Chester store was amazing helping me with upgrading my phone, getting the best deal and then assisting with a new phone for my son. Steven also upgraded my broadband, getting a cheaper price and faster service.
I cant thank him enough, even staying after the shop closed to complete the transactions,providing excellent customer service.

The Best
From start to finish Steve made me feel completely at ease, he showed me all of the options I could upgrade to and was overall a genuine friendly guy, couldn’t have been happier with my experience and I’m am loving my new phone, thank you Steve, you are a credit to the Chester store!

received a new iPhone but it stopped…
received a new iPhone but it stopped working so panic took over . Went into the Chester store and was greeted by a friendly gentleman Ryan. What can i say customer service was exceptional and he fixed my problem within minutes. So helpful so a big thank you Ryan you are star.
