I sent my mum into store to buy a…
I sent my mum into store to buy a preloaded pay as you go sim for our Grandmother who is visiting as I know you sell them. They were instead sent to poundland with no guidance to get it there and to get a voucher because it would be 'easier'. I know it is not and now we have had issues using the voucher etc. They simply could not be bothered to help because it is not a contract. It would have been a less than 5 minute job for them but now because of a lack of basic customer service it has become a several hour issue for us. Not impressed.

Very helpful

He greeted me politely and asked me to explain the problem. I am almost 80 years so the technical words and phrases are difficult for me. He was amazing , very patient and eventually the problem was solved.Thank you Tom!

Super Tom at Chippenham store
I received a very friendly welcome from Tom when I entered Vodafone CHIPPENHAM store on Saturday 27th June. I had an enquiry about the Vodafone tariff that I have. Tom was brilliant, explained my options clearly and offered suitable alternatives. When I consider an upgrade in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to Vodafone Chippenham.
