Went into the shop to get mum a new phone. The sales staff where very helpful and not pushy and gave us great advice on what phone to get. Also helped setting up the phone for her.

Was very frustrated with my phone not…

Was very frustrated with my phone not connecting to 4 or 5G and had no luck dealing with Vodafone online or by phone. Went into the shop and despite it being busy, Danny spoke to me and told me to come back in 20 mins. Went back and Danny dealt with my issue which was not an easy fix and took a long time to resolve. He kept calm and told me what was happening at each stage. I was impressed with his customer service and his ability to keep calm despite many frustrations. Issue resolved and a happy customer!

Danny going above and beyond

Had to go instore as having no success with live chat. Danny was really helpful and despite coming against many barriers, managed to resolve my issue with patience and professionalism. Danny had a great attitude and manner and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Happy Customer, helpful staff

All staff members very helpful, was in 4 times and they all tried there best to help me, Charlie fixed it in the end, I now have 5g data from next to none, thanks to reece for my new sim, never got the other boys name sorry, thanks again Julie

Lost fone

After losing ma Fone in a car fire
Walked in and Charlie from the sales team had me set up with new sim and new Fone in no time at all
Great to be in any shop esp these days and be treated respectfully and with a smile from someone who clearly knows there job an Knows it well
Went above and beyond to get me sorted out even loaning me his own personal Fone
Great service
5 star all the way

I visited Vodafone shop today for the iPhone 14 pro that I bought from Curry’s 3 days ago, the Curry’s didn’t accept to exchange it, Charlie from Vodafone was really helpful and contacted Curry’s to see if they accept to exchange, unfortunately they didn’t accept, but I received great customer service from Charlie in Vodafone store,I appreciate it, thank you
