My Local 3 store closed, I went to Vodafone and saw Jam, he was Excellent and fully helped me with my issue and resolved for me. I will come back again for good service!

Kelby at Crewe branch
Kelby, our sales advisor is a very knowledgeable and attentive person for whom time was not an issue, but our understanding of the contract was. He explained everything to our satisfaction after going through multiple options.
The only issue I had was with the slightly intrusive 'background' music volume level.

New contract, excellent staff
Went to sort out my contract in the Crewe store dealt with Tom and Alex and they were outstanding. Really professional knowledgeable and we’re able to help me understand everything I needed highly recommend both the store and the incredible team at the Crewe Branch thank you very much.

Been with Vodafone for a few years now
Been with Vodafone for a few years now, it was time to renew my 3 contracts came out saving £40 per month Emma was absolutely great finding what would work for me.
We need to use our high street shops more I wouldn’t have got the same service over the phone.
