Great customer service!
Went into store for an upgrade and all the staff were so helpful, was spoken to straight away and provided with great advice on the products I enquired about. I have now got a new phone and a better package for less than before!

Went into the Dunfermline branch Vodaphone and was lucky to be looked after by Lily. She was excellent, helpful and very supportive. Very good social skills and happy and smiley.

Snowdrops are finally blooming btw..
Went in to the store after some time pondering if it’s time to trade in my trusty iPhone12, but since I was still on the fence, I was hoping for a kind person to brake it down for me and walk me through the process if necessary.
Rebeca was an absolute delight to talk to.
They either have some very appealing deals or she is just too good of a saleslady. Either way I walked out very impressed with our exchange and extremely satisfied with the results.
