Outstanding service!
I had an S21 ultra that kept randomly shutting down and decided to buy a new Samsung so called into Vodafone in Dereham for help and advice. The service and help I experienced from Kesh, Suzanne, Abi and Luke was outstanding. The team could not be more helpful and they worked tirelessly to resolve my phone issue. My old phone caused a lengthy transfer of data but the team, especially Kesh always came up solutions. I would highly recommend Vodafone East Dereham. I will certainly return if I need further support.

Excellent: far better change than execrable O2
A frustrated and disaffected former customer of O2 here. Problems there not resolved so changed providers to Vodaphone at the Dereham shop. Kudos to Kesh, and his colleagues Suzanne and Abi — all extremely helpful, friendly and capable — collectively far superior to the dire customer service experienced with O2. Hopefully excellent service will continue.

Best Vodafone shop
Getting a new phone scared us because of our lack of technical knowledge and complete lack of confidence in setting up our new phones. Luke made it so easy and stress free in this world full of anx and people that don’t care about their jobs and who are not prepared to go the extra mile. If the world had more people like Luke the country would be great again. Thanks Luke for all your help yesterday. Worth going to Dereham to see him

Visited the shop and Rakesh was very helpful.
Visited the shop and was welcomed by friendly and informative staff. Purchased an internet plan, Rakesh handled everything efficiently and I didn't feel like I was being up-sold, which is a nice change.

My phone wasn't accessing its data
My phone wasn't accessing its data. I popped in to the shop in Dereham (which I have used for the past 4 years) as soon as I walked in Justin came out to speak to me. No waiting around. A colleague was helping another person.
I explained my concern, we sat down and after answering a few questions, tapping a few buttons on my phone and on the computer Justin sorted it out. The staff in this store are so helpful and knowledgeable its a pleasure every time to go in. Thank you all.
