An amazing customer experience
Popped into the store recently to figure out a new contract for my phone. I was very conflicted on getting the new iPhone or just get an older model. After speaking to Luke who had a lot of knowledge of the iPhone range helped make my decision a lot easier, there was no pressure to even walk away with a contract! Can say I most definitely made the sale and walked away with the newest iPhone after Luke’s advice! Would definitely shop at the store again after getting that customer experience

Excellent service again and again.
I dropped into the East Dereham store on Saturday to ask a question about my current airtime contract and to ask if they could look at my charging point. Can I just thank Luke for his advice, which was helpful, friendly and courteous. I prefer face to face as opposed to using the app, and this is the reason why. Great customer service
I went into the store for support around home broadband.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the service. Firstly, they checked if it was available in my area and then helped me decide what the best speed and price was for me.
I would highly recommend this store to others.

Always efficient service.
About to go abroad and not sure on roaming costs etc. I don't want to come back with a big bill!

An Honest Phone shop
After getting a great deal and great advice on my phone upgrade I knew we'd visit here for my son to be able to send his phone off, covered under the lifetime warranty. When I explained his phone wouldn't take a charge, rather than bundle the phone off in an envelope a little cleaning tool was whipped out and the charging connector had the dirt knocked out of it, leaving us with a phone that charged and worked there and then. No fuss, no charge, no hard sale, just clear honest advice and genuinely doing the best by the customer. A level of customer service that's missing from a lot of retail shops.
This isn't our local Vodafone shop, but it's definitely where we travel to for our phone needs

Always great customer service
Always great customer service, the store is always clean and they're very quick to help out. Took out broadband with Luke and was so impressed and satisfied with the customer service we returned to swap phone contracts over to vodaphone as well

Great service in store
Great service in store, especially from Luke. He had excellent knowledge of all the products and was able to sort my upgrade out quickly. I have visited a number of times for either my phone/watch/tablet and every time any problems are sorted.

Vodafone Dereham
Had to visit Vodafone in Dereham as my husband lost his phone. Luke was amazing and sorted cancelling the lost phone and sorting us with a new one. Nothing was too much trouble and walked us through a worrying time, thank you Luke.
