Marc was very helpful and professional
Marc was very helpful and professional. I was due to start work, Marc listened and I was in and out in no time at all.
Came in for a phone upgrade, Marc took time to walk through the options and I left with what I came in for:
I work in the Gyle and consistently use the Gyle store. Never had a problem. All staff I have encountered have been helpful and knowledgeable.
Also a shout out to Craig who helped me the day before when I walked in a minute before closing for a quick question.

Skye was extremely helpful. I was unsure what phone to choose and she not only helped me to find the most suitable one, but also helped me to find an excellent deal on a bundle with a tablet. I came into the Vodafone Shop at the Gyle in Edinburgh to upgrade my phone. Callum, the member of staff was very supportive and helpful from the start. He took time to outline all of the options and best deals for me and was very patient in explaining them all and breaking them down. He also showed me the different phones, what they look like and the prices for each. Callum was very helpful, patient and answered all of my questions.

Marc explained and sorted out my roaming problem I was having with my visit to Morroco. I had tried vodafone on line but this was not a good experience, where face to face with Marc was 10 out of 10. He was so helpful and went out his way to help me.

Helpful staff and issue resolved quickly.
I went in to Vodafone at the Gyle as I had an issue with my I-pad. David was very helpful and sorted the problem. He explained what the issue had been. He was knowledgeable and a very pleasant young man. Thank you David your help was much appreciated.

I popped into the Gyle to see if there…
I popped into the Gyle to see if there were any deals for my contract for an upgrade.
I was served straight away with no wait time. Marc served me he was really helpful and talked me through the options and I walked out with a new phone all within 25 mins.

David was brilliant
David was brilliant , was so polite , listened to what we wanted and helped at every point of the problem solving.
We woukd highly recomend this store to anyone , the other two guys there , dudnt get names were also pleasant and polite the whole time we were in building. Excellent service .

Great customer service from Marc!
I sometimes find sorting any phone problems quite stressful. However, Marc at the Gyle was extremely patient and helpful. He fixed the ring time issue and sorted out a new contract for me. He has a very pleasant, customer focussed manner. Great service!

Help upgrading phone
George was super helpful, helped us upgrade my phone with the best plan even got an ipad for not much more as he helped us manage to get multiple discounts. Would highly recommend, everything was explained to us very clearly aswell!

Customer service at its best
I can't fault the experiance i had today I was served by David who was fairly new he was helped by Marc. He was chatty happy and positive and genuinely seemed happy to be there which is always a bonus. The staff around him seemed happy to help when needed. And they were all very knowledgeable. Came in for replacement faulty sim left with a new phone and better deals. Have nothing but praise for this store
