Superb!
Thea at the Ely store was very thorough at checking my account to ensure the deal was the best fit for me, and also providing a review and recommendations for the numbers also attached to my account. It was such an easy transaction because Thea listened to my requirements and helped me find a solution. She is an asset to Vodafone!
This is a completely different experience to that which I had when visiting the Cambridge grand arcade four weeks ago. The staff in Cambridge could certainly learn some customer service skills from Thea!

Ana deserves recognition for all she did for me
Not having a clue on what I was doing regarding changing my iPhone to a Galaxy S24, I was helped by Ana who was amazing. Ana was patient, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Her knowledge and efficiency was way above average and I couldn't be more grateful to her for all she did. I came in to switch data from one phone…
I came in to switch data from one phone to a new one I went in to my own provider before hand and they were very unhelpful, I was greeted by harry and Thea they were so helpful and polite,harry was brilliant and got all the phone information switched over promptly and accurately both harry and thea were very welcoming and so kind to help definitely would recommend the Ely store thank you so much Cheryl .

I can not explain enough how Anna helped me in a situation that was out of my control.

First of all their services is super bad very expensive number one liar your items will not arrive on the time ,when you are in call with them they will end up your calls without resolving your problems than you have to call again and again than finally someone will say some stuff will make you very disappointed I would never recommend someone to go to Vodafone and only me my all family had the same issues with Vodafone.

Outstanding service!
Both my partner and I were renewing phone contracts and were dealt with by Thea in the Ely branch. She was tremendous! Really friendly, helpful and patient. She found both of us better deals and we were both happy to sign up again with Vodafone.
