Nathan was very helpful and efficient in finding me the best deal. He was polite and had a cheery disposition making me feel relaxed and confident whilst going through everything. He was very honest and was able to answer any questions I had, making it very clear in everyday terms rather than tech jargon. Thoroughly recommend!

Honestly such a seamless and straightforward process. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Nathan was very knowledgeable in the entire process, discussing tariffs and benefits and asked plenty of questions to see which plan suited me best. Top marks !! Thanks again.

Jillian was so helpful in updating my daughters phone with data. She was friendly and clearly explained everything and offered other services about the purchase process a tablet which I wasn't aware of. Excellent service!

Brilliant customer service
Both Amber and Niamh were very helpful throughout the entire process. From helping me choose the perfect phone, to trading in my old device. They made the experience really easy and remembered me when I came back in to drop off my old phone. I would definitely recommend Vodafone braehead to anyone looking to upgrade their phone.
