I visited last week and Kered helped me. He was professional, helpful and efficient. I usually hate dealing with phone things but he was it easy and helped me pick the best phone for my needs.

Excellent through and through...
After 5 goes at trying to get my phone up and running elsewhere, Natalie sat with me and we tried everything to find that my SIM was a problem. Natalie got me exactly what I needed she knew exactly what she was doing and exactly what she was speaking about and got me perfectly what I needed I couldn't be happier.

I visited Natalie at the Fort Shopping…
I visited Natalie at the Fort Shopping Centre who was amazing. She made my mum feel so much at ease with a change over from android to IPhone and managed the whole process so seamless whilst explaining everything as she done it.
At the same time Natalie was able to review my own tariff and get me on a much cheaper one. Amazing service from Natalie and would definitely recommend to others.

Debbie was great sorting us with all 4 phones for our contract 2 upgrades and 2 additional. Very quick turnaround considering how many she was sorting for us. Glad we went into store rather than struggling online ourselves

I was served today by Natalie & she was…
I was served today by Natalie, I went in to renew my partners sim contract which was done with ease, worked out cheaper & got more for what we were paying in the beginning but then Natalie had a look at my own contract & managed to save me money there too, can’t thank her enough, I got more than I bargained for and all for the better.
