I visited last week and Kered helped me. He was professional, helpful and efficient. I usually hate dealing with phone things but he was it easy and helped me pick the best phone for my needs.

Exceptional Customer Service from Leo
Leo went beyond our customer service expectations. We were struggling getting my mums sim /phone reset and timescales were against us. Numerous visits had been made.
Leo was exceptional and managed to help sort the problem. He had a lovely professional manner and even though we were stressing out - he remained calm. Can’t thank him enough. Hero of the day and employee of the month recommendation.

Upgraded my phone today
Upgraded my phone today which was handled by Gabrielle. She was great helpful and sorted all my plan and device out for me. Even though the computers are not the fastest in store she was chatty and let me know all information for trading my old phone and my up coming holiday. Thanks again what lovely staff 😊
