I visited last week and Kered helped me. He was professional, helpful and efficient. I usually hate dealing with phone things but he was it easy and helped me pick the best phone for my needs.

Excellent customer service from Dylan
Came into see Dylan at the Glasgow Fort in order to upgrade my iPhone. Dylan was extremely helping and made the progress relaxing and stress free. Dylan explained all breakdowns in detail and ensured I was satisfied before proceeding with the next step. Would recommend coming into see Dylan at the Glasgow Fort if you want a hassle-free service. Get Kered a cape
Just have to give a big thank you to Kered for all his help today - after a morning of frustrating phonecalls to Carphone warehouse trying to get my order from THEM up and running - they gave up and suggested I try going into a Vodafone store.
Within 5 mins Kered had my phone registered and I was good to go. Kered went above and beyond considering I had ordered my new phone from another supplier who had let me down badly transferring my mobile number.
I was waiting on an important phone call, Carphone warehouse abandoned the issue.
Thanks Kered lad, your customer service skills are superhero'esque. I did receive the call I was hoping for, it's all good.
Honestly can't thank you enough.
