I visited last week and Kered helped me. He was professional, helpful and efficient. I usually hate dealing with phone things but he was it easy and helped me pick the best phone for my needs.

Dylan was extremely helpful while arranging a new handset for myself and new contracts for both my partner and myself. He also answered all our questions and remained patient while we had issues transferring over from our old network as he carried on working beyond his finishing time to complete everything. Excellent service from Lewis
Excellent service from Lewis. I had an issue with eSim set up then a further problem with physical SIM. Lewis got this sorted for me in a timely manner. He was warm and affable in took a genuine interest when having a blether - didn't feel awkward or sourced. From a business pov he also told me about Vodafone broadband which I'm going to look into further. He is truly a credit to Vodafone.

Brilliant service from Natalie
Got an upgrade yesterday but my old phone would not allow me to transfer data, came back into shop and Natalie helped, she went above and beyond as my old phone was the problem but she persevered and got there, she was very patient and her customer service skills are excellent very empathetic when I was a bit stressed with it all.

Exemplary customer service from Natalie.
I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so after a recent visit to the Vodafone store at the Glasgow Fort. I was served by Natalie, a young lady who was courteous and knowledgeable, she listened intently as I explained my need to upgrade my iPhone X which had served me well over the past several years. She presented me with all the information required for me to make my own informed decision as to what phone and airtime plan best suited my needs. I have several family phones on my account and the airtime plans for these were also upgraded to better value ones at the time of my visit. Finally everything was checked over to ensure that all was in order before signing. All in all a very unexpectedly pleasant experience.
