I've had a great experience with Frank in the Gosport branch, he has helped me with my phone's for a number of years now and he has been very helpful in helping me find the best deal for the best phone at the time! Highly recommend

Went into shop with my father in laws…
Went into shop with my father in laws phone which hed managed to lock himself out of it Fran and Nick were both so helpful in factory resetting it. When I asked how much they refused payment they even refused a coffee, when ever I have a problem with my phone or my account these guys always go above and beyond....Thanks guys

Totally delighted with the service I received at my Gosport branch,the manager was very helpful and took time sorting my new contract, staff from Reading branch should take note as the service at Reading is totally disgusting having spent 3 visits and 4 plus hours sorting what should of been a easy process,no one there wanted to help at all!! Well dune Gosport branch! 😊
