Went to upgrade
Went to upgrade. Staff were efficient and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was stressed about upgrading, but was a painless experience.

Very patient
The Great Yarmouth store were great very patient with me as I don’t understand modern technology and they seem to have fixed my problems. Only downside was the wait time but in this instance we’ll worth the wait.

Replacement sim
Had to get a replacement sim card as I lost my old one, staff were really friendly and helpful. 10/10 service.
