I had a lot of problems with my phone and went into Vodafone shop in Guildford . Mo greeted me warmly and was expert in helping me with the numerous phone problems , explaining everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful

Amazing Team
After being surprised that the front door was locked during trading hours and finding out the reasons why. This in store team is doing an amazing job.
I would quite happily offer anyone who was working today a position in my business. Their ability with customers who had been sent in by call centre agents was phenomenal. It appears to me that the call centres should be closed and more money put in to the stores.
There was a quiet spell and the manager Steve, I think, appeared with bottles of water for his team. It looks like as well as having to take extra precautions from the outside, they are suffering from a lack of water inside.
This group of people are definitely going the extra mile in adverse conditions. They are quite remarkable and were able to sort me out and get me up and running in good time. You need more people like this and ensure they get looked after or I will be poaching them!

Storm was amazing! Exceptional customer service
The absolutely amazing storm helped me and my brother this week in sorting him out a new phone! I’m an existing customer and my brother is joining Vodafone and she answered every question we had absolutely perfectly. This is the first time my brother had been into a store to get a phone in 14 years and she made the process so clear and straightforward helping us with comparisons of deals and exploring the potential of adding him to my plan. She was very patient and made great conversation while we waited for things. Overall Storm is an absolute asset to the Guildford store !! Exceptional customer service!! Thank you

We’ll done Craig at Vodafone Guildford
Visited Vodafone in Guildford today with my wife to change her very old handset and long held contract with EE. We’d previously spent 45 minutes in the EE shop and left frustrated and confused by the lack of clarity and blatant ‘up selling’. Our experience at Vodafone, where we were served by Craig, was a totally different experience. Clear, fact-based and friendly service with no flannel. Just what we wanted. Well done Vodafone Guildford and especially well done Craig!
