I was looked after by Tom in your Harrogate shop, he was excellent and professional the way he dealt with my Contract and getting me a new phone.
I would always prefer to go into a branch than deal with someone over the phone, I did try this before going into the Harrogate shop, but could not understand your rep, and he couldn’t understand me, pretty much a waste of time !!!

Great customer experience!
I had a great experience at Vodafone in Harrogate. I went in to upgrade my iPhone to the new iPhone 17 and was helped by Cam. He was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable about the iPhone I wanted & explored different options for deals. Thanks so much for your help, Cam!

Do yourselves a favour if you go here READ carefully your agreement My router was awful (City Fibre) to blame here. We nearly lost the business landline. Had to cancel all Vodaphone and go back to Virgin to get any sense
Been a nightmare five weeks Told by store saleman We are just a franchise any problems get in touch with Vodaphone Dial 191 he said- would if I had a landline!

I Went in to get wifi sorted for a flat im moving into and as soon as i was in it was a very quick and easy process thanks to Alex and Matt. Discounts and vouchers from having a existing Vodafone account and being shown all the options which made it all simple to get sorted
