High Wycombe Vodafone: Bilaal
An experience good enough to write a review.
Bilaal took his time to go over a number of different options with me, gave future proofing advice and would highlight the package I most needed, not trying to upsell me on everything but still letting me know what the other, more and less expensive options there were.
Price ranges were similar between a bunch of places but the service is why I'm now a customer. Thank you for the informative and patient assistance

HIGH WYCOMBE STORE 10/10
HIGH WYCOMBE Store. My daughter when looking for a new deal on her Vodafone contract online got confused and selected the wrong options and ended up costing her more than the original contract. Sadly the online chat support were terrible, but thankfully we went to our local store and spoke to the team there. They were so knowledgeable and understanding and were able to sort out all the issues. They even took the time to take the human approach and while i was waiting even talked about our love for cars ! WE walked into that store with worry and anxiety....but we came out feeling great like a massive weight taken from our shoulders. Sadly i didn't get the name of the man who served us... but he is the guy that loves his customer service as much as his cars and for that i will be forever grateful !

Vodafone Broadband - such a wrong decision
Switched from BT to Vodafone, worst broadband experience ever, connection dropping all the time, not stable broadband. Same Fibre2 package as before, so underperforming.
Tech support advised going for the higher package, paying a lot more. Why does one have to take the Pro package to meet basic internet needs? Can Vodafone consider a better router as this issue has been ongoing for a long time?
It has been a devastating experience so far, and I hope Vodafone will sort this out soon.
23/03 It is nearly 4 weeks, such a useless broadband and the technical support, they don't know anything at all, I am struggling like anything my broadband simply don't work...
Given my experience, I am confident that any xyz company will be a better option than Vodafone.
