Visited Horsham Vodafone shop yesterday, and was helped by Ben, he was so helpful explaining the problem of my roaming allowances, set up a new plan for me, explaining clearly what he was doing.As an almost octogenarian,I appreciated his patience , kindness and professionalism . I was very happy with the service

A huge thank you to Oliver and Tom at Vodafone in Horsham for helping my brother upgrade his new phone today.

This is the second time Oliver has helped me with upgrades, and what really stands out is that he even remembered me — such a personal touch that makes all the difference. Both Oliver and Tom were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everything simple and stress-free.

Customer service like this is rare these days, and they are both a real credit to Vodafone Horsham. Thank you again!

My lady and I visited the Vodafone branch in Horsham for an upgrade on Sunday. We met Ben, who talked us through all our options so we could make the best choice, abd the best deal. Thank you for excellent customer service, especially your patience Ben.

The manager Tom was rude and unhelpful. Shocking behaviour rude to the staff feel bad for them

I got a very good deal on my new 24 month contract. Ben understood exactly what I needed and found two deals, I picked the one that best suited my requirements. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Saw Ben in the Horsham branch who was so helpful and knowledgeable as wanted to upgrade to include European roaming on my package. Gave me a great deal. Would highly recommend seeing him if you are in the area and near that branch.

I had cause to visit Vodafone,Horsham today for help with a problem. I am an elderly customer and at times find my Smartphone confusing to say the least!
Ben sorted out the problem and showed me how to deal with it myself in plain English. He also took the trouble to provide information regarding a much needed upgrade and in the process revised my current agreement to suit my usage (saving me some money in the process). All the time he was very patient, polite and very good humoured. Altogether, a very pleasurable experience.

As an older person I really appreciated the welcome, smile and helpfulness of Ben and his boss Kieran when sorting out my phone on Sunday. I felt confident in the information as it was given in language and at a pace that helped me take the information. Thanks guys for your respect.

Ben was welcoming and quickly offered me the best contract option for my renewal. Unfortunately I don't think I'm a typical customer, using an old model Galaxy and very little monthly data, so my options were restricted. Also I was a little disappointed to find, later on, in the contract that Vodafone would be increasing rates by 10% in April and 10% in '27. I think this should have been pointed out. Well above inflation, but then maybe all network providers are trying to "squeeze the pips". But no reflection on Ben, who did a good job.

My parents visited the Horsham store today to check their contracts. On arrival they were met by Ben, by all accounts he was brilliant, made them both feel at ease and helped them save some money on their contract! Ben had great knowledge and took time to talk them through everything! Thanks Ben

Noah (and the rest of the staff) at the Horsham branch were wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and lovely to talk to. Noah arranged a fantastic deal on a phone and tablet for my partner, making full use of the Black Friday discounts. He also found an excellent offer for Internet service for me. Another member of staff brought a seat over for me when he realised I needed one, much appreciated. Great customer service from the team at this branch. 10/10. Thank you!
