Horsham Vodafone store upgrade
I went into the Horsham Vodafone store and needed to get my wife a new phone. I want to express my gratitude to Hamza who was an absolute professional and ensured I picked the right phone at the right tariff that worked for me. He explained everything extremely well and I left as one very happy customer.

Not happy
With writing a really good review last month about my upgrade in store I have woken up today with £90 taken out my account and I have no idea why. This wasn't what me and Noah agreed in the Horsham store. I also traded in my old phone and was waiting to a £20 refund for the money being taken from my account last month when it shouldn't
Over all I'm down £60 and having a baby next week. I'm extremely unhappy with the financial loss and stress this has caused me. I want to log a complaint and someone to call me back today.

Excellent customer experience
I came into Vodafone in Horsham today and want to say how impressed I was with the customer service. I needed to get everything transferred to my new ipad. Hamza was very efficient and really polite. I am old but he was very patient and nice to deal with. He did a grand job.

I was with O2 for a number of years…
I was with O2 for a number of years until recently, the coverage and poor customer service made my mind up to switch. I visited the Horsham store and spoke to both Alice And Hamza who gave excellent customer service and support answering all my questions which resulted in me purchasing a Talk Talk package. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends in the future.

Just wanted to leave a review on here after my exceptional experience today at Vodafone in Horsham today. The colleagues were all very accommodating and my experience with James in particular was very good. I came in to set up a new account with James as I had previously been with O2 and was very unhappy with their service, but was pleasantly surprised with how helpful James and the team was with helping me set up my new contract. Would definitely recommend Vodafone after the experience and I am very happy with the deal we agreed on it has all the things I need and for a good price and my services is already better.

Customer Service Excellence from James
James spent a great deal of time helping my husband and I today. We needed to make some changes to our business account and port some family accounts over to Vodafone from another provider who was particularly unhelpful. James persevered and gave excellent customer service. We left the Horsham store feeling really positive about our experience there today.
